Recognising that people were more interested in non-vegetarian options and often overlooked vegetarian dishes, they decided to create vegetarian food that replicated the flavours of non-vegetarian cuisine.They introduced a range of food items such as vegetarian Chicken, vegetarian Mutton, vegetarian Fish, vegetarian Biryani, and even creatively named dishes like Sunny Leone chaap and Mia Khalifa chaap. The intention behind these unique names was to catch people’s attention and entice them to try vegetarian food that tasted like non-vegetarian food.

The first Veerji Malai Chaap Wale outlet opened in 2012 in Geeta Colony, followed by another one in Laxmi Nagar. Due to the immense popularity and demand for their food, they have since expanded with many more outlets across India.Their concept has garnered a huge following, as people love the idea of experiencing the taste of non-vegetarian food while sticking to a vegetarian diet.
