Founded in 1927 in Kolkata by Joseph and Frieda Flury, Flurys is an iconic Swiss-style tea room and bakery renowned for its traditional European confections, including chocolate truffle cakes and rum balls. Managed by the Apeejay Surrendra Group since 1965, it has expanded to over 80 locations and is famous for its Park Street location.
